Our commitments
Win A Bundle follows the Government and Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) voluntary code of conduct for prize draws. This page sets out the measures we have in place to keep play safe, fair and transparent, and how to raise a concern.
Protecting players
- 18+ only. You must be 18 or over to enter; we verify date of birth at registration and never target under-18s.
- Spending limits. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly limit (including £0) that we enforce. Lowering applies immediately; raising takes effect only after a 24-hour wait.
- Take a break or self-exclude. Pause entries for a chosen period, or self-exclude. During any break or exclusion we stop entries and marketing.
- We look out for you. We monitor for signs that play may be becoming harmful and reach out with a supportive check-in and signposting - never with more selling.
- Support, any time. We signpost free, confidential help on our responsible play page - gambling, money and emotional support services.
- A genuine free entry route. Every competition can be entered free by post with exactly the same chance of winning - see enter by post.
Transparency & fairness
- All prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance, and every valid ticket - paid or free - has an equal chance of each prize.
- Draws are independently verifiable and auditable: a committed, revealable random seed for automated draws, a certified machine (or live RNG) for live draws, and an independent RFC 3161 timestamp on every entry.
- We won't cancel a draw, change its end date, or substitute a lower-value prize because of low ticket sales; a reasonable cash alternative is always available.
- Full detail is on our fairness, transparency & security page.
- Where a competition contributes to charity, we show this on the competition and publish what we've given.
Accountability
- We monitor and regularly review our compliance with the code and act quickly on anything that needs improving.
- We expect any third parties who support our prize draws (for example affiliates) to follow the relevant parts of the code, and we manage this through our agreements with them.
- We keep a complete, tamper-evident audit trail of every entry, allocation and draw.
Complaints & disputes
If something isn't right, we want to put it right. Email us at info@winabundle.co.uk with your account email and what happened, and we'll acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly. If we can't resolve it between us, we'll work with you in good faith to agree an appropriate independent dispute-resolution step.
This statement is published in line with the DCMS voluntary code for prize draws. We keep it under review and update it as our measures evolve.
